Between 1974 and 1977 he worked as assistant to the manager of "Michael Sims & Associates", a firm of Los Angeles, California, U.S.A., dedicated to the development of Real Estate Investment Projects in California and Costa Rica.
Director and partner of Leon Dorado S.A. teak wood growers and exporters and forestry consultants to the present date.
